Change or cancel your order.

You may request to cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please email: hello@willvaneaton.com with subject line CANCEL MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

You may request to change or change your order within (24) hours of purchase. To change your order, please email: hello@willvaneaton.com with subject line CHANGE MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

If (24) hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Production and shipping times.

Each print is made to order and production begins once your order is placed. Standard shipping times depend on your location within the United States. The majority of orders are delivered within 14 days. If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. Thank you!

Order tracking.

As soon as your order ships, I will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information and order status. Please allow up to seven (7) business days to receive your tracking link.

Damaged art.

If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will give you a free replacement. Here's how:

1) Take a photo of your damaged product, packaging and shipping materials it arrived in.

2) Attach your photos and send me an email at hello@willvaneaton.com Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.

3) After reviewing, I will get back to you within (72) hours to confirm your replacement will be processed. If your photo damage is confirmed, no need to send it back. I will process your refund or send your replacement within 14 business days.

Print measurements.

All prints include a white border that extends beyond the measured dimensions of the image. Dimensions are as follows:

  • Standard prints 16” x 24” and smaller: 0.8” border.

  • Standard prints 20” x 30” and larger: 1.2” border.

  • Panorama prints: 0.8” border.

  • Square prints 20” x 20” and smaller: 0.8” border.

  • Square prints 24” x 24” and larger: 0.8” border.

For example, if you order a 20” x 30” print the image will measure 20” x 30” and the paper will measure 22.4” x 32.4” Feel free to reach out with any questions or for any customization: hello@willvaneaton.com
