Return Policy

Only unframed prints can be returned. All framed prints are custom-made to order and therefore considered final. You cannot return any framed prints, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We have a 14-day return policy for unframed prints, which means you have 14 days after receiving your unframed print(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@willvaneaton.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To report damage, please share photos of the damage (at hello@willvaneaton.com), along with the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork and or frame arrived in. You have to report damage within 7 days from delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, and items of custom dimensions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please email: hello@willvaneaton.com with subject line CANCEL MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

You may request to change or change your order within (24) hours of purchase. To change your order, please email: hello@willvaneaton.com with subject line CHANGE MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

If (24) hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time (at least a few days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
